Basic Life and AD&D
Basic Life and AD&D insurance is automatically provided to eligible Staff employees and is completely paid for by Chipotle. This benefit includes dependent coverage as well.

Your Username: Your full employee ID (please note that if your employee ID begins with a 0, you will need to leave off the 0 when entering your username)

Your Password: Your initials (first and last name in lower case) followed by your date of birth (mmddyyy)
Example: Jane Doe's employee ID is 01234 and her birthday is January 5, 1975. Her username is "1234" and her password is "jd01051975."

Select Your Beneficiary
A beneficiary is the person(s) who receives the cash benefit if a covered person experiences a qualifying event or condition. You should check your beneficiary designation on enroll.thehartfordatwork.com to make sure it reflects your wishes.
Disability Insurance
Disability insurance provides income replacement if you become disabled and unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury. Disability coverage helps you financially, so you can focus on getting better. This coverage is automatically provided to eligible Staff employees and is completely paid for by Chipotle.
- Short-Term Disability provides you 60% of your weekly salary for short-term disabilities.
- Long-Term Disability provides you 60% of your monthly salary for disability that lasts for an extended period of time.
